Terry Oldfield: "When I first took up the flute on the Greek Island of Hydra in 1970 I used to go up to the forest and play whilst looking down through the pines toward the blue sea melting into the sky in the deep summer heat. This album is a recreation of that early time when there were no plans for which notes might emerge from that silver tube and each track is born of some particular moment in time when I was available to be its own reflection.
